With PROTEUS 420 Grow, we have tailored our ERP capabilities to meet the needs of cannabis cultivators. PROTEUS 420 Grow helps cannabis cultivators implement a streamlined, easy-to-use system that allows employees to track operational activities for compliance reporting. In doing this, they can utilize software and hardware integrations to make their processes simpler and more efficient.

Our Grow solution provides Seed-to-Sale inventory tracking, Plant Management, Harvest/Batch creation, Package Tracking, Employee Management, and Accounting. Cultivators can now manage their operational processes and complete essential back-office activity, all from a single account. With the PROTEUS 420 Grow+ upgrade, cultivators can upgrade their accounts to include POS and CRM capabilities.

We have developed an ERP solution for cannabis processors and manufacturers that enable customizable and compliant product creation processes. With PROTEUS 420 Processing, companies that develop or engineer their own consumable cannabis products can manage their product inventory and raw materials while tracking their product development and compliance.

PROTEUS 420 Processing allows users to develop products, manage Batches, create and track Packages, and sell finished inventory while managing their customers and employee relationships. Proteus POS and accounting features come fully integrated into each subscription. With tested and approved hardware-software integrations, processors can allow their technology to adapt to them, not the other way around.

Inventory Management

Receive items into inventory from various vendors, assign inventory to specific categories and adjust pricing - all from one page - in Real-Time. Proteus420 is designed to track each gram of inventory and every dollar associated with it.

Inventory arrives from several VENDORS, often with similar or the same names on products. Proteus420 can track unique products and vendors.

Track costs, set prices and make items available online are some of the capabilities of Proteus420.

Set low inventory alerts, track packaging and supplies and request resupplies from Vendors through Proteus420. Images for the online ordering feature and the restaurant-style POS are managed in Inventory Control

Customer Management

A large patient base is easy to manage with Proteus420. Current doctor recommendations, valid ID cards and images of patients are tracked in the system. Patients with an expired recommendation are not able to be checked-in, maintain compliance within the operation.

Proteus420 comes equipped with an online Patient Preregistration feature that allows patients to enter their own information into the system, increasing efficiencies and reducing lobby congestion on busy days.

Each new patient, check-in and individual transaction is tracked in Proteus420 and reported in Real-Time. Upper management can follow in-store or delivery operations as they happen. Each transaction tracks every gram and dollar associated with it.

If a patient is trying to recall a favorite purchase from a few months back, records can be referenced and a higher level of customer service can be offered.

POINT OF SALE - POS

Proteus420 comes equipped with restaurant-style POS capabilities. The display is friendly to navigate with images of items, edibles and concentrates to easy product selection. A barcode reader can be added for ease of scan to POS transactions.

The Open Store feature tracks the amount of individual cash bills that go into the till at the beginning of the day.

Deals and specials can be added as Coupons to Proteus420. Individual transactions and specials can be tracked to specific patients and specific Budtenders.

Proteus420 integrates with scales to pull exact weights per transaction and prints barcodes and labels for packaging purposes. Cash amounts received and change given are tracked by employee, transaction and patient.

Receipts can be printed or emailed to Patients. Proteus420 integrates with receipt printers and cash registers so that the receipt will print and the cash register opens when a transaction is completed.

DELIVERY

For increased efficiency and revenue, the Online Pre-Order capabilities of Proteus420 cannot be beat. Patients use a password protected online menu to order. Patients can preorder items for in-store pickup or delivery.

Orders come into the Fulfillment Queue for processing and packaging. The completed order can be set aside for pick up later in the day or assigned to a driver dispatched for delivery.

Individual drivers are assigned a case to hold inventory. After fulfillment, orders after assigned to a specific case for delivery.

As inventory is exhausted, if an item is out of stock, it will not be displayed on the menu to prevent backorders. Online ordering allows for prepackaging and expedited order processing. This reduces wait time and increases ability to handle more patients.

Patients can be emailed an alert that their order has been fulfilled and to expect the delivery driver.

Reports & Compliance

From the moment that you “Open Store” with Proteus420, everything is tracked and reported. How many bills of each denomination, each patient that checked in, every new patient that joined and all transactions associated with each patient is tracked, recorded and reported in “Current Activities”. Inventory levels and low inventory alerts are displayed in Real-Time. Each gram and every dollar associated with it is reportable with Proteus420.

From “AM Weight” at store opening, to each transaction as it happens, including inventory additions and “PM Weight” at the end of the day. Excess Shake is also weighed and added into inventory.

Reports can be reviewed on site or from remote locations.
